After destemming and Pressing the Fruit the juice is cooled to allow a clean fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 f! C during 21 days. The wine is set and allowed to stabilize at low temperatures before bottling.
The aromas of mango and apples and a very floral base of magnolias lead to a full bodied wine with tropical flavors of apples and mangos with a crisp long finish.
