Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Wine is a perishable commodity, and some may deteriorate over time or if stored improperly, e.g. extreme temperatures. Therefore, we will (at our discretion) accept returns or replacements of products only under the following conditions:
- if the product is proven to our satisfaction that, it is defective or damaged before you accepted it; or
- the product we delivered doesn’t match with your order.
You must return us the products in its original package, supporting document to prove your purchase, and all free gifts and coupons (if any) you received in that original purchase of the returned products.
- We will inspect the product and check your order against our delivery record in good faith, but our decision will be final. We will not refund or replace any product if the product is not defective or damaged, or our delivery matches the product you have ordered.
- Under 1(a) and 1(b) circumstances, your order will either be refunded or replaced by products.
- We may refund your order within one week. We will inform you the payment method and refund the amount you have paid as soon as practicable.
- We may also replace your product within two weeks. We will inform you the delivery details once it is confirmed. If the orders and the delivery address remain the same, no additional delivery fee will be charged.
