Delivery Terms

1. Free local deliveries to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories or orders over HKD1000. Otherwise, a HK$100 delivery charge will be charged for all orders below 5kg and HK$150 for all orders below 10kgbut above 5kg.
   • Special delivery arrangements and additional chargesapply for Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and outlying islands. Please Contact Us.
   • Free self pick-ups at our warehouse in Tsuen Wan. You may select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
2. Our normal delivery schedule is:

3. All delivery charges paid for goods are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once we confirmed your order.
4. Delivery Lead Time: Under normal circumstances, deliveries shall be completed within 1-3 business days subject to stock availability and correct address entry. However, deliveries may be delayed due to seasonal (e.g. special promotions) and festive events (e.g. Christmas or Chinese New Year). Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted.
5. All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We will not be liable for any loss or compensation you may incur as a result of late delivery.
6. Our delivery service is not available at;
   • restrictedareas where entry or access requires a specific permit or a license;
   • a non-permanent address, hotel guest rooms, ports, marina and warehouses; and
   • at premises above 4th floor of a building which cannot be accessed by an elevator for the delivery of 2 cases or more.
7. For verification at delivery, you (or your personal representative) will have to produce an original identification document (and a written authorization, if applicable). We reserve our right to decline delivery if you cannot address our reasonable requests. 
8. Additional fee will be charged for all subsequent deliveries as a result of inaccurate delivery address.
9. You must receive your ordered products on the appointed delivery date, or give us at least 48 hours’ prior notice to reschedule another delivery. Otherwise, we reserve our right to store your ordered products until the actual delivery date, and charge you: (a) all our costs including storage and insurance; and (b) HK$200 as an administration fee for each subsequent delivery.
