Aging: 2 months in American oak barrel.
After destemming of the the Petit Verdot, the skins and juice are sent to the tanks where the must ferments during 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is sent to stainless steel tanks for resting. The wine is passed to new oak barrels for 2 months.
The extremely expressive aroma of violets and banans with dark cherry and leather. This wine has a great explosion of fruit and overbearing powerful mouth-feel with strong tannins and spicy notes with an extra long dry finish.
