After destemming of the the Cabernet Franc, the skins and juice are sent to the tanks where the must ferments during 9 days at controlled temperature. The wine is sent to stainless steel tanks for resting. The wine is passed to new oak barrels for 2 months.
The delicate aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass lead to a luscious mouth-full of dark red fruit and delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish.
2 months in American oak barrel.
