The production of our Olalá Verdejo begins with the extraction of grape juice through a gentle pressing, followed by the flotation of the must and its fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. This wine does not undergo aging in barrels, preserving its fresh and fruity character.
Our Olalá Verdejo exhibits aromas of fresh fruit, banana, peach, and a hint of pineapple. You can also appreciate the characteristic touch of herbal aroma that is typical of Verdejo grapes. It is a very smooth white wine with a slight hint of sweetness derived from the natural sugars present in the grapes.
