Variety: Mencía grapes.
After carefully handpicking our best grapes, the production process starts in stainless steel tanks, followed by a five-month aging in French and American oak barrels. The wine will then settle in the bottle for at least 3 months before being marketed to please even the most demanding palates.
It has a limpid, crystalline ruby colour with a berries, redcurrant and blackberry perfume. In mouth it is balanced, with the perfect oak wood touch accompanied by subtle notes of raisins and ripe fig marmalade. It perfectly matches red meats, roast pork and chicken, or mature cheese snacks. Excellent with steak tartar and mi-cuit.
