Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel vat.
Fermentation temperature: 15ºC. Length of fermentation 21 days.
Cold maceration: 12 hours at 6ºC.
Alcohol: 13% by Vol, Vintage 2020
Light and delicate wine. Greenish yellow colour with steely reflections. On the nose, it is very fruity and soft, well-structured and complex. On the palate, it has hints of fruit and great structure.
Pairing: White meat, salads and tuna.
Serving Temperature: 6-8ºC.
